FITNESS CENTER MANAGER

SALARY:   $21.70 - $25.07 Hourly

The City of Blue Ash Recreation Center is seeking a highly motivated Fitness Center Manager to lead our fitness team and promote an environment that focuses on health, wellness, and community.  This position is part-time permanent.  Schedule is flexible, but will require occasional evenings and weekends, with an expectation of 25-30 hours a week.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the center, staff management and development as well as implementation and coordination of all fitness programming.   To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.

The Fitness Center at the Blue Ash Recreation Center houses a jogging/walking track, two exercise studios and a multi-level cardio and strength area.  A variety of health and fitness related programming is also offered including group fitness classes and personal training.
