Maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with clients and fellow coworkers.
Maintain all necessary documentation as required by OMHAS, CARF, and your professional license, and do so in accordance with Sojourner Policies and Procedures.
Maintain, in good standing, any professional license required for you to perform your job.

1.Monitors clinic schedule for arrival of patients and retrieves patient from lobby after check-in is complete.
2.Performs blood pressure checks, takes vitals, preps patient for exam room.
3.Obtains weight and basic patient information.
4.Perform C.O.W.S on patient at the time of arrival for induction.
5.Act as a liaison between patient and Office Manager.
6.Collect urine specimens from all patients.
7.Provides clerical support as needed.
8.Assist with scheduling Doctor’s appointments for new and returning patients.
9.Contact patients in regards to their appointments.
10.Work with RN Clinic Manager to establish client care plans.
11.Start IV’s and infusions.
12.Injections, TB testing, Vitamin B-12, etc.
13.Perform other duties as requested.
