Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for a Senior Maintenance Supervisor opportunity for DownTowne Living, a premiere apartment community in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

The role of a Senior Service Manager, as it is called at Towne Properties, will rely on your maintenance experience, people skills, positive attitude and time management skills. You’ll need to be organized with attention to detail and have basic computer skills.

This challenging opportunity includes:

  • Completing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • Guiding a large service team
  • Ordering maintenance supplies and controlling inventory within budget
  • Ensuring turnover units are complete and on-time
  • Providing customer service to residents and attending call-back work orders
  • Working an on-call schedule to attend to resident or community emergencies

You offer the following minimum requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years’ experience in residential maintenance with a demonstrated history of leadership
  • EPA Certification required
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Basic computer or smartphone skills
  • Good maintenance knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
  • Drug and background check

Other helpful skills and competencies:

  • Prior residential maintenance experience helpful
  • Prior experience supervising others helpful
