Hillandale Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. The maintenance technician is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, service, and repair work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing service requests
- Responding to urgent needs
- Participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule and taking calls as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic hand tools experience
- Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems
- Self motivated and able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience; previous hospital and/or nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
- Valid state drivers’ license
