Packers

A well-established company located the Hamilton/Fairfield is seeking experienced packers for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. These positions are fast paced and do require some overtime as needed. The positions start at $11.00 an hour. However, you may be considered for advancement as a Machine Operator with the company if you have a strong machine operations background, good attendance and a good work ethic.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Gathering products off of the end of the assembly line and checking them for flaws
Putting labels on products
Putting products in boxes
Taping and labeling boxes to place on skids
Wrapping skids with shrink wrap as needed
Making boxes as needed
General clean-up duties
Assist with machine operation as needed

Some positions could become temp-to-hire based upon your job performance and attendance. All departments require being able to lift 50 pounds.

These positions require passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED.
