As a Maintenance/Service Technician you will be responsible to service multiple apartment, condominium and homeowners associations throughout the Cincinnati area.

The ideal candidate will have at least two or more years’ related experience and strong carpentry, roofing, plumbing and electrical skills and excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have reliable truck capable of transporting a ladder, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and own tools. Drug test and background check required.
