Job Title: Tool & Equipment Repair Shop Apprentice
Position Types Available: Full Time/Part Time/Temporary/Seasonal – Summer
Job Description
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
We are looking to hire several entry level shop apprentices to work in our Tool & Equipment Repair Shops. Team members are responsible for trouble shooting, repairing, and servicing various types of industrial and contractor’s equipment primarily pneumatic, electric, hydraulic tools, and rigging equipment. Working as a Shop Apprentice, you'll be given the opportunity to get your hands dirty, turn some wrenches and gain valuable work experience as you build and refine your mechanical skills and abilities.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Prior experience working on/trouble shooting and/or repairing things such as cars, go-carts, motorcycles, equipment...
- Electrical experience is a definite plus
- Willing/able to take direction, follow instructions and accept criticism
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor
- Reliable and prompt
- Committed to learning and growing
- Able to perform physical requirements of the job, including, but not limited to lifting, climbing, being on your feet for extended amounts of time and working in a shop environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and safety standards
Location: Harrison, OH 45030
Salary Level: $16 - $18.00 based on experience
Approximate Hours Per Week: Minimum of 24 - 40 hours per week
