Shop Manager/Mechanic

Rogers Pavement Maintenance is looking for a shop manager/mechanic to maintain and repair our trucks and equipment. This is an immediate opening with longterm opportunities.

We are looking for an individual with experience to manage a small operation with an unlimited opportunity with organizing our shop and keeping our crews running smoothly. You must be able to efficiently maintain our resources.

Compensation based on experience. Bonuses and incentives possible.

Job Type: Full-time

You must have experience with heavy trucks and equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnostic repair. Equipment includes dump trucks, pick-ups, Bobcat, Caterpillar, power tools, and miscellaneous equipment.

Job requirements include:

Perform routine maintenance
Electrical repairs
Hydraulic repairs
Small engine tune-ups
Welding experience helpful
Requires valid drivers license and some tools.
