Service Technician ( I & II)

The Repair Service Technician is responsible for the service and repair of designated electronic or mechanical products in the most efficient manner and adhering to established quality standards. This person may work with the site Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality teams, including the Complaint department to determine product failures. The Repair Service Technician will also be responsible for complying with all local and global policies and procedures.

High School diploma or Two (2) year degree in business or related field, or completion of a training certification program
•Degree or Certificate from a technical / trade school
•2 years electronic or mechanical repair or machinery shop experience; Related work experience will be considered
•Demonstrated technical aptitude
•Good communication skills – verbal & written
•Solid computer skills; Oracle skills a plus
•Experience in the medical field a plus
•Biomedical Equipment Repair a plus
