Machine Operators 2nd Shift

• Operating all equipment for specific lines
• Accurate documentation and complete any paperwork required by specification sheet
• Starting production lines on time
• Complete production schedules
• Follow and understand specifications sheet and production schedule
• Responsible for all HACCP documentation
• Maintain high level of housekeeping on production line
• Good work ethic and bale to respond quickly
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attendance
• Computer skills
• Problem solver and critical thinker
• Bilingual is a plus
• Experience in the food processing environment

Manual dexterity (hands and wrists)
Standing or extended period
Repetitious lifting up to 70 pounds
Repetitive motion
Continuous walking
Work environment temperatures 30-90 plus degrees
Must follow food safety, General Manufacturing Practices (GMP's )and HACCP procedures
