Description
A Client in West Chester is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Tech (or those who will be certified in the near future).
Duties include:
-Excels in customer service to help ensure clients have the best possible experience
-Maintains accurate record of inbound and outbound calls regarding medication, patient demographics, refills, new information, and other information provided
-Verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
-Ensure that customer’s allergies, therapies, and current medication are updated regularly in customer profile history.
-Provide support for other pharmacy/wellness groups as needed.
-Document correspondence and follow up with patients, healthcare professionals and/or third party payers
-Arranges customer consultations with Pharmacist when requested
Monday-Friday
9 am - 6 pm
$11-18/hour based on experience and certification
Job Requirements
Associate must have the following:
Current CPhT preferred. Must obtain CPhT within 6 months of date of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent.
