The Maintenance Technician II is primarily responsible for proficiency in several trades, exercising technical independence in determining work methods and procedures. Receives assignments orally or through written instructions, which may be accomplished by sketches or diagrams. The Maintenance Technician also delivers on the day-to-day commitments to our Customer, our Company and our People.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand the Crescent Way.
Installs electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors and other such equipment.
Tests, maintains and evaluates equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters and pressure gauges
Tests and calibrates pneumatic controls
Performs skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing
Check and repair pumps, fans, valves and motors
Adjusts, repairs, and replaces electrical and electronic pneumatic relays
Prepare accurate records for preventative maintenance
Work in a safe manner and promote all safety procedures including LOTO and all other OSHA requirements.
Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing it Well and abide by all written and understood procedures and policies.
