Description
SWOCA is looking for an energetic, self-starter for the position of Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidates would possess an Associate Degree and have prior general office experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with the administrative team at SWOCA.
Job Requirements
Provide overall support for the administrative team in the organization
Demonstrate effective organizational planning and management skills
Process records necessary for purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts
receivable functions.
Ideal candidates would also be able to demonstrate: teamwork, innovation,
technical skills, initiative and dependability
A focus on customer service is essential for success in this position.
