Truck Driver / Transportation                          

• [Full time]                                                                    $17.00-$18.00/HR

In collaboration with Transportation manager, our Truck Driver will transport our veneer and logs that go to our customers.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

• Operates truck and loads within guidelines
• Monitors and properly reacts to operation problems
• Perform routine inspections of truck and load
• Practices safe equipment operation. Promotes team safety
• Keeping in touch with traffic department during the day
• Completes required paperwork daily and accurately
• Must strap loads on our curtain side trailers and trucks.

 

 

 

 

Successful candidates will have:

Class “A” CDL
Clean driving record
Three years of experience
Attention to detail / paperwork
Self-motivated
Must pass DOT physical & Drug test Good attendance
