Machine Operators

Multiple positions available for entry level and experienced Extrusion Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, working between 8-12 hours per shift. The pay rates vary between $14.00- $18.50 an hour depending upon your experience and the machine on which you will be working. With these temp-to-hire positions you will be eligible for hire after at between 45- 90 days. Positions are available in Fairfield and Lebanon, Ohio.

You must have a HS Diploma or GED and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year Extrusion Operation experience for entry level and 2-3 years for the more advanced positions. Companies will also accept other Machine Operation experience as long as candidate can perform set -up and change over. Candidate must also be mechanically inclined, pay attention to detail and also possess the ability to work independently.
