As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible to perform turnover maintenance on vacant apartments, complete general maintenance work orders for residents and assist with maintaining grounds on property. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related experience that demonstrates broad knowledge of general maintenance and exceptional attention to detail. HVAC certification a definite plus! Regular FT weekday hours with on-call duties provide for great OT earning potential! Valid Drivers License, insurance, reliable vehicle and drug & background check required.

We also require the technician live within a thirty minute drive of the property located at the corner of Woodburn and Madison in Cincinnati, Ohio.
