Description
Position available is for qualified Maintenance Technician, a Full-time position to provide basic maintenance on numerous commercial buildings in the West Chester area. Duties include interior and exterior maintenance. You will respond to maintenance calls, troubleshoot and or make repairs. Maintain exterior property and lots.
Main office is located in West Chester as well as the commercial buildings.

Job Requirements
Seeking qualified individual with skills in electric, plumbing and carpentry, has a good knowledge on how to use basic tools, and ability to multi-task and problem solve as well as pay attention to detail.
Also have excellent communication skills.
Individual must take direction well and possess high work ethic.
