Maintain the safety and well being of the client.

Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude.

Ensure that your shift is always covered.

Communicate effectively and swiftly with the client and the office staff regarding any day that you will not be available to work.

License and or Certification Copy/Verification (e.g HHA. LPN, MA, STNA, etc.)

Diploma/Degree Transcript (High School diploma or GED)

Social Security Card

CPR & First Aid Card

Valid Driver's License

Proof of Auto Insurance

TB Screening

Hepatitis (Optional – must sign Declination or Acceptance)

Must pass BCI background check

Must have reliable transportation

Current Physical Examination – only needs statement that employee is physically capable to perform job requirements.

Abstract Driving Record

National Registry – Abuse, Nurse Aid Registry

ACH Direct deposit slip or voided check for direct deposit

Walk in with your qualification documents and be offered an interview on the spot.

Orientation every Wednesday and Friday.
