Apprenti Cincinnati is an innovative solution to fill available IT roles in Cincinnati region through registered apprenticeships. Apprenti is headquartered in Seattle with a mission to bridge the tech talent and diversity gaps, igniting a new paradigm to develop untapped talent and strengthen the tech ecosystem nationwide. The Cincinnati location is proudly managed by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
Apprenti Cincinnati is designed to recruit and train professionals based on their aptitude, not their background. Prior to full-time training, candidates are selected for apprenticeship roles by local employers, such as Kroger Technology, Procter & Gamble, NKU IT, Kingsgate Logistics and Great American Insurance Group. Employers pay for the technical training and continue to educate their apprentices through paid on-the-job training (OJT) for one year.
Unlike traditional career pathways, Apprenti Cincinnati takes the stress and uncertainty out of your future. When you are accepted into the program — congratulations, you’re already hired. Your paid training will be specifically tailored to you with an opportunity for a full-time role upon completion.
