STNA, Resident Assistant

Provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting in activities of daily living to maintain a relative state of well-being, mentally, socially and physically. Perform all duties in a respectful and efficient manner, always considering the resident’s choices and preferences. Focus on the person. Follow established policies and procedures while providing a trust-worthy environment that fosters a sense of security and inclusion while encouraging independences.

Education:    High School Diploma or GED
Licenses or other required certifications:  Must be listed and in good standing on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry or willing to become state-tested, first aide, CPR
Experience:   Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
