Fire Protection Technician

Inspect, service and repair fire protection equipment including fire extinguishers, kitchen suppression, fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems.

Enter the exciting fire protection field and gain training and certifications that will result in unlimited employment opportunities. Successful candidates must have basic mechanical skills and understanding of how to troubleshoot. Applicants must be able to lift 50-80lbs regularly and climb ladders. Candidates must be able to study NFPA Fire Code and pass state tests for certification. Strong communication skills are required to interact regularly with customers and co-workers. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
