Description
All girl Catholic high school is looking for a maintenance utility worker whose responsibilities are to perform whatever duties are necessary to maintain campus buildings and grounds, including the setup, support and teardown of events as well as general upkeep to buildings including painting, changing lights, ballasts, ceiling and floor tiles, ground work, snow removal, cleaning, deliveries, security inspections and trash removal.

Job Requirements
Pass Ohio and FBI background checks
Maintains current Ohio Drivers License
Drives own vehicle
Can operate and maintain some power equipment and hand tools, including snow blowers, lawn equipment, etc., adhering to safety practices and procedures for all equipment.
Work 40 hours/week; limited overtime
Work hours: Sunday through Thursday with flexible Sunday hours
Hours after training: 10:30am - 7pm
Has ability to meet physical demands of lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling sometimes more than 50 pounds; also climbing, often on ladders and onto roofs.
