Description
A Facility Maintenance person is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the warehouse and building, mechanical equipment, coordination of third party vendors as applicable, and any fixtures (permanent and temporary) usually associated with a multi-temperature warehouse and general office areas and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or GED. • 4+ years general facility maintenance. • Working knowledge of HVAC operations. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. • General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment • Ability to be forklift certified. • Must be willing to work any shift, and/or be on-call for emergency repairs • General knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing • Position must pass a post offer drug test and background check.
Preferred Skills and Experience: • Foodservice distribution experience. • Technical School.
