Description
Job Summary
Assembly and test of JWF products into sub-assemblies or systems. This position is responsible for the physical assembly, of hydraulic and pneumatic components into sub-assemblies, which can support customers directly or the internal fabrication department at JWF. These components are used in industrial, mobile and medical equipment. The Technician should have the ability to assemble per description or drawing provided. All duties must be performed in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble and test JWF sub-assemblies and systems utilizing JWF work instructions or drawings.
Paint as needed
Package finished products
Be a team player
Communicates effectively with all team members, supervisors, builders, engineers and the Sales team.
The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
A high standard of quality and attention to detail. Must adhere to JWF ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Technical school attendance a plus.
Ability to understand and work from schematics, drawings and work instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management.
Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises.
