Maintenance Worker or Trainee/Helper

We are looking for a couple motivated workers with basic maintenance skills or willingness to learn them. Pay is $10-15 per hour based on experience/skills. We are looking for someone who has a good work ethic, willing to consistently come to work, and generally just a happy positive person with a good attitude! We typically work as a team, so expect a small family type environment. With nearly 3 square city blocks of a neighborhood filled with historic houses, and businesses as well,the job description varies by day so expect to be flexible and open to random tasks. Maintenance can be anything and everything from lawn care to helping with the office projects, to renovating/flipping apartments. Construction/lawn care/or any general trade skills are a bonus if you have them but not required! We are hiring both full and part time positions and are also open to hiring work/study interns as well.
