Field Service Tech

A Field Service Technician visits our customers to provide services as needed.

From installation to general repairs, they are expected to answer questions and address the concerns of our
customers in a timely fashion.

They are responsible for showing our customers how to use their equipment.

They need to be excellent problem-solvers, able to troubleshoot systems and
diagnose their specific problems.

They also will be required to create reports of the customer
service calls.

Our technicians must strictly always follow protocol to ensure the safety our
customers and their property.
