- Investigate automation issues, create resolutions.
- Monitor performance and escalate problems.
- Monitor Robot status – investigate cells, charging ports and automation.
- Coordinate software roll-outs.

- Possess excellent computer skills and be PC literate.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage to tight deadlines.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving.
