Position: Maintenance Technician
Byron Products is looking for a dependable, experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Standard hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical backround, have a strong emphasis on organization and cleanliness, electrical experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Diagnose equipment issues and take necessary actions to correct the problems.
· Perform routine maintenance
· Keep machines and workstations clean and organized
· Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
- Ensuring production workers and other users of tools/ equipment adhere to manufacturers’ guidelines on equipment
· Instruct production workers on how to operate tools/equipment effectively
Requirements
· Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process
· Punctual attendance, attention to detail, & motivation
· Good time management
· Knowledge of safety precautions
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
· Must be able to pass a drug test for employment and random throughout the year
- Required to have/receive the COVID-19 vaccine, including a booster.

Salary
