Line Cook

MashRoots is looking for ambitious, hardworking Line/Prep cooks. We are a brand new fast casual concept serving Puerto Rican food. This position includes potential for growth in the future as you are getting in on the ground floor. Two years experience in food or dining preferred but not necessary.

Duties include:

• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes.
• Working with customers to build their bowls and walk explain them the food.
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

We offer flexible hours and have part time and full time positions.

Salary can be anywhere from $10 - $12 plus $3+ an hour extra from tips.
