
Description
Job will include but will not be limited to performing duties such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank statement reconciliations for multiple accounts, payroll through a third party vendor, record weekly, along with monthly, payroll entries, keep track of vacation times.
Candidate will be responsible for assisting other office employees with duties such as answering phones, taking messages, filing, shipping packages, order supplies as needed, invoicing customer, waiting on customers in store, bank deposits, and perform end of day functions.
Bookkeeper will be responsible for performing year-end prep work, and general ledger entries in QuickBooks, and file appropriate state sales tax.
Being familiar with QuickBooks applications is a plus.
