Project Administrator

John P. Tumlin & Sons LTD, General Contractor, located in Harrison, Ohio, is now seeking applications for a full-time Project Administrator in the construction industry who is motivated and willing to work with others to achieve a common goal.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with and provide office support to key company personnel to coordinate project activities
• Communicate with Owners/Engineers/Architects as needed throughout the duration of a project
• Maintain project files (digital and print) from estimation to project completion
• Solicit material and subcontractor quotes, review/analyze/accept quotes and/or issue purchase orders upon award of a project, coordinate material purchase and delivery

Applicants must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, be detail oriented, be able to problem solve, manage their time and workload, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary level starting at $22-$24/hr
•  40 hrs. a week
