Job description
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs on rental items
- Applying preventative measures to rental inventory to reduce the risk of future problems
- Fixing broken rental items such as tables, chairs and bars. Paint and repair other rental items and returned back into inventory
- Small engine knowledge a plus as well as carpentry skills
- Compensation is based on experience
