Multistate Center East (MSCE) is a division within Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. MSCE provides support to the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, a Division of the Library of Congress.

MSCE provides storage, shipping, digital book duplication, circulation of braille books, digitization of international language cassette tapes, digitization of books on vinyl records, training and support for volunteer recording studios, quality assurance for digital book production, circulation of currency readers, and other activities.

MSCE has recently undertaken the production of NLS’ bimonthly catalog, including downloading, quality control, labeling, shipping, receiving return mail, and reporting to NLS. This new activity is the reason for this job posting.
