Production Admin Co-Op – Fall 2025

The VEGA Americas co-op program is designed to give students real-world, hands-on experiences. This paid position allows students to use the knowledge they’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to everyday workplace scenarios. Co-ops are full members of their department with daily responsibilities, and graduates who complete the program will obtain new skills they can use in their careers.

We have a Fall 2025 Co-Op opportunity in Manufacturing!

What you'll do:

• Production Co-Ops will work closely in the manufacturing Department on various projects as needed and assist in daily activity completion in the department.
• Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Vice President, Manufacturing.
• Order miscellaneous items for Manufacturing.
• Ensure guests and visitors are properly logged and connected to their host.
• Help Production Administrator with:
  • Releases
  • Shelf-life items
  • Missing manuals
• Assist Safety Manager with administrative duties and projects

What you'll need:

• Currently enrolled in a two (2) or four (4) year related program
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work from our Mason office.
