Group Leader Machine Maintenance Second Shift

Summary of Function:

Supervise and lead the Second shift Machine Maintenance Team in a high volume manufacturing facility. Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise second shift machine maintenance and repairs
• Lead and direct the machine maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic metal stamping presses when needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work on projects, as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
• Educational Requirements:
• Technical school majoring in electrical controls and automation can be substituted by ten years of hands-on experience working with automation machines
• Background with hydraulic pump, valves, etc... and electrical controls
• Previous experience in leading and supervising a team
• Knowledge of three phase motor controls, AC/DC servo drives
