Shipping and Receiving Associate

Vein360 is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments, as well as supporting outbound order fulfillment. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely product flow and upholding our safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Load and unload freight using approved warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations for efficient retrieval and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with shipping and order fulfillment teams to prepare, package, and label products in accordance with shipping standards and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following company policies and safety protocols.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (training and certification provided if required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, walking, lifting, and sitting for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
