Line Cook Culinary Internship (Spring & Summer 2026)

We are seeking motivated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team for the Spring and Summer 2026 terms. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary students and developing professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen while being mentored by experienced, professional chefs.

Successful candidates will build foundational kitchen skills with clear opportunities to grow into Culinary Lead and Sous Chef roles.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstation during service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
• Learn and apply professional cooking techniques under chef mentorship

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in culinary arts and food service
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a culinary or hospitality program preferred (not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
