JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Field Service Technician to join our team. This opportunity will contribute to the success of our company through the demonstration of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, providing our customers with “best in class” service.

In this role you will:

• Install, demonstrate, maintain & repair our product line of automated equipment (i.e. stretch wrappers, case formers/sealers, marking and coding, labeling, shrink tunnels, etc)
• Manipulate and submit reports from the field in respect to our company’s processes.
• Attend and successfully complete all product training(s) as required.
• Assist with in-house duties when not required to be in the field.
• Keep current on trends from both market & technical standpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Experience in the repair & troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment preferred
• Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with our company’s product/services
• Knowledge of industry and applications preferred
• Maintain and stay current in all manufacturer’s service certification
• Computer literacy, esp. with MS Office and Excel
• Ability to be on the road 40-50% of the time depending on location
• Must have good driving record and insurance
• Ability to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
• Strong technical, communication and organizational skills

$29-32/hour
