Electrical Test Technician
Join Schneider Electric as an Electrical Test Technician and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll support the assembly and testing of electrical contacts while developing valuable technical, problem-solving, and manufacturing skills.
Shift & Pay Information
We are currently hiring for multiple shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift – $2.00/hour shift differential
- Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday)
- Starting Pay: $27/hour

What will you do?
- Assemble electrical contacts and components according to established specifications and procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
- Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues.
- Operate and support automated assembly equipment and production systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks and help identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on improving efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, specifications, and established procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in manufacturing, electrical systems, automation, or technical operations is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
