Pool Cleaner – Commercial Pools

This is a fun job for anyone who enjoys being active, outdoors and starting work early. Pool Cleaners are responsible for cleaning pools and restrooms at their assigned commercial pools. The perfect applicant is detail oriented, an early riser, passionate about cleanliness, performs excellent customer service, has great verbal and written communication skills, is comfortable working with technology, is independent, is available to work Memorial Day to Labor day (including most weekends and holidays), and is very conscientious about providing an excellent experience and clean facility for all guests. This is a great position for anyone who has extra time in the summer, including but not limited to: teachers, school bus drivers, college students, and anyone looking to make a little extra fun-money over the summer! Equipment and paid training will be provided!

A Pool Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness of 4-5 pools in a designated general area.
The main responsibilities for this position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
-skim leaves and debris from pool
-vacuum pool regularly
-straighten chairs and pool furniture
-take out trash
-clean bathrooms (if applicable)
-restock toiletries as needed
-use a leaf blower to blow off pool deck
-test chemical levels
-maintain cleanliness of pumprooms
-pick up debris and trash around the facility and fence-line
-clean scum line around pool edge
-maintain safety equipment and check that all items are in place at the start of each day
Must have reliable vehicle available for daily use (we pay mileage!) and must be 18 years of age. Also must be knowledgeable or willing to learn how to use a tablet (provided) to record all pool visits and chemical readings.
