Employees will engage in a variety of tasks at commercial construction worksites in the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky areas —including Sitework, Concrete, and Asphalt Paving.

• Capable of operating of construction equipment used in base preparation and construction, and paving i.e. skid steer, rollers, excavators.
• Operate all heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Use various pieces of equipment to perform fine grading and finishing, sloping and banking, backfilling, ditching, loading, excavating and stockpiling.
• Operate equipment on public roadways, maintaining proper awareness of surroundings.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
• Other construction related duties as required.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver License
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening
