Job Title: Bookkeeper (exempt position)
Reports to: Finance Manager

We're currently looking for a bookkeeper to assist in recording and reporting the organization’s day-to-day finances on behalf of Sepro America and Sepro Canada.
EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:
Sepro Canada
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable including: expenses, invoicing, vendor management, monthly accruals, commissions, month end closing, launching new orders/contracts, processing equipment deposits/invoices and credit adjustments, expensing equipment commissions and revenue, reviewing all freight, PO’s and invoices, input deposits, control of customer statements, Generating AR reports & account analysis, performing monthly collections controls, reconciling Sepro France equipment records, responding to customer inquiries, supporting audits and support other accounting projects
- Inventory Controls
- Any other necessary duties as needed
Sepro America
- Sepro America Accounting
- Inventory Management
- Sales Tax Management; Report sales taxes & train a backup
- General Ledger work including reconciliations
- Vendor Management; maintaining and processing new vendor accounts
- Assist in month end closing
- Payroll Backup
- Administrative; phone backup
- Any other necessary duties as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 6-8 years minimum experience in full cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Must be able to work out of the Warrendale corporate office; Daily 8a.m.-5p.m.

• Must demonstrate excellent internal & external customer service
• Strong sense of independence; curiosity & determination to resolve issues on own
• Must be responsive and flexible to resolve customer needs and positively reflect Sepro values
• Must maintain high level of confidentiality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational and prioritization abilities
• Must be detail oriented and take pride in data accuracy while possessing a “role up your sleeves” attitude.
• Able to speak Spanish and/or French is a plus
