Machine Operator

Operates Press, Press Brake or Laser to produce parts to meet customer specifications, drawings, or other forms of instruction.

• Performs typical Machine operations to support the assembly floor.
• Required to be familiar with basic hand held measuring tools.
• Must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: form, draw, coin, inspect and tumble.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per the P.M. charts.
• Perform other related operations as required or directed. May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Supervision is always available and other duties may be assigned by Supervisor.

Desired Qualifications
A plus if able to perform set-ups on these machines and tools that are used in them.
