HVAC Apprentice

Job Description:

A commercial HVAC Apprentice will work along side with our Journeymen of SURE Mechanical on construction job sites.  You will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and on-time start of work.  Work includes all types of sheet metal, piping, refrigeration installations.  Individual must be able to read and understand blueprints, communicate effectively with all personnel on and off the job site, and represent SURE Mechanical in a professional manner. Must be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Installs hangers or supports for systems.
• Assists with the assembly and installation of H.V.A.C equipment as necessary.
• Follows all OSHA and Sure Mechanical standards for safety. Keeps work area clear of unnecessary clutter and performs routine clean-up as needed.
• Offloading deliveries and loading truck at job sites.

Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to Learn
• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Commercial HVAC/R
• Self-motivator, hungry for success.
