Parts Analyst

Job Title:  Parts Analyst (non-exempt)

We are looking for a candidate who will contribute to the efficiency of our parts and service team.

EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE:

• Enter Sales Orders
• Process expedite requests, coordinate shipping instructions
• Understand bill of material with electrical, pneumatic and mechanical components
• Elaborate quotes
• Maintain stock levels for parts inventory, place appropriate PO to vendors, verify lead time, handle receiving issues, critical back order review, and stock adjustment

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2-3 years of Parts Analyst experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Must be proficient on Excel and Word with an understanding of business software preferably MS Dynamics
• Robotic/automation background a plus

SKILLS:
• Must be very analytical and detailed.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Work out of the corporate office in Warrendale, PA; 8a.m.-5p.m./9a.m.-6p.m. weekdays with a rotation weekend on call schedule
