Description
The City of Blue is looking to fill a part-time ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK position within the Economic & Community Development Department. This part-time position will work no more than 30-hours per week (days and hours can be discussed).
This posting will remain open until filled.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Performs detailed administrative recordkeeping tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Provides excellent customer service to the public on the phone and face to face interaction on a daily basis.
- Processes credit card, checks, and cash payments.
- Successfully uses a specialized computer program specific to the Community Development Department (training provided).
- Performs detailed data entry and filing tasks.
Job Requirements
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills with a warm approachable manner;
• Strong organizational abilities;
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills;
• Ability to work independently handling multiple tasks with deadlines; and
• Ability to lift and move paper plans up to 15 pounds.
