Doodle Bugs Child Care & Learning Center is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill part-time and full-time positions that are available at our new facility located in Monfort Heights. We are looking for creative, positive, and dependable team members who have a passion for caring for children.

Responsibilities:
* Provide basic care and caregiving activities
* Document each child’s activities through Brightwheel
* Communicate with parents
* Collaborate with other colleagues
* Evaluate children’s performance and document appropriately
* Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by HCJFS
* Assist in developing a weekly schedule for the classroom, including finding teaching materials suitable for the scheduled activities

Skills:
* Experience working with children in a childcare setting
* Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods or a willingness to learn
* Creative
* Have patience with and love for children
* Exceptional communication and time management skills

Additional Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Be able to pass a BCI & FBI background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
