Drake’s Consulting is a nationwide executive search firm founded by Dan and Oivia Drake in 2015. Drake’s specializes in staffing/recruiting for two very niche industries, including Commercial Interiors and Commercial/Residential Flooring. Our mission was to create long lasting partnerships to help companies not only grow but also retain talent. A search firm that wants you to retain your people? I know, it’s not typical, but hear us out. We understand if we can help you retain your employees it will ultimately promote growth. We pride ourselves with the ability to locate extraordinary people in the unlikeliest of places.
