**SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL AND PART TIME STAFF**

LCD Home Health Agency in Hamilton Ohio is searching for Direct Support Professionals in the Hamilton Ohio 45013 area.

As an Employee with us, you will receive one on one training with the Individuals you assist

LCD is operated by a small team of healthcare professionals who have over 16 years of experience. We are a small Agency, which allows us to provide individualized support.

As a Direct Support Professional for our company, you will:

Assist the Individual with daily living activities, maintaining personal hygiene, and moving about the residence.

Transport Individuals to Doctor appointments, activities, stores- as needed.

Candidates Must Have The Following:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent. *REQUIRED

Current First Aid and CPR certifications (we can Certify you onsite)

The ability to pass a State/Federal Back Ground Check

Excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing the best care possible for disabled populations.

A friendly, encouraging demeanor when engaging with Individuals.

The ability to handle stressful situations calmly, and productively. background check.

We are currently hiring Full and Part time DSP’s

Shifts currently offered are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am

We also need a Part Time Driver to assist Individuals on community outings!

We also have a PRN program (you will be hired on as part time/PRN) you will be called in if there is a call off, you may fill in as needed on a regular basis. Schedules change!
