Molly’s Cupcakes is an award-winning cupcake bakery located inside Liberty Center. We specialize in center filled cupcakes, cakes, pies, and other yummy seasonal treats. Oh yes, we also offer vegan cupcakes!!! We bake everything from scratch from our commercial bakery kitchen in Blue Ash every day!
We are an established brand in New York and Chicago. This will be the first location for Cincinnati. This is an amazing opportunity to join our team as we grow and share this brand locally.
As a lead pastry chef, you will primarily be responsible for leading your team to maintain the highest standards of quality for Molly’s Cupcakes. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who can assist in the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue, and control costs. Your role will be based out of our commercial baking kitchen in Blue Ash. You will be responsible for managing your team which will consist of Pastry Chefs, Bakers, Center Fillers/Decorators and Dishwashers.
Must be passion driven, have strong stamina, willing to do what it takes to get things done, ability to think outside the box, creative, positive, fun, no excuses, not afraid to try new things, able to make sound decisions, strong communicator, takes initiative, and able to work well with others and independently. Can do attitude, high touch customer service when creating large catering custom orders, strong analytics’, basic math.


Nice to have’s:
 cake carving, sugar work (flowers, figures, sculpted pieces), cake support systems, decorating sugar cookies, cake pops, etc.
